C, C++ or Cobol on Unix or OpenVMS with RDBMS Graduates or Senior Developers Prague

You will get involved in the FULL project lifecycle from specification, technical design and implementation to going live and maintenance on application development and testing in the areas of Risk management for Derivates, Cash Market products and Operational Data Store

Applications from graduates are welcome as well as of developers with more experience in the following areas:

· University degree in computer science, commercial information technology, economics, mathematics or physics

· Experience in software application development and test

· Experience in application development under C, C++ or Cobol

· Knowledge of the operation systems Unix or OpenVMS

· Experience with relational databases, especially OracleRDB or similar RDBMS

· Ideally a knowledge of financial mathematics (especially risk management) of derivates and cash market products

· Fluent in English is a must

· Willingness to work in Frankfurt for the first project (up to 6 month).

Additional skills in one or more of the following areas will be of advantage:

· Experience in JavaScript, XML, or Perl

· Knowledge of German is an advantage but not essential

· EU Passport
